I Cannot deny the reality of evil in the world.

	I cannot deny the reality of sin in me. Remember Gen. Cap. 3. Remember, also, my sins
	Reflect upon your own responsibility

Read one of the penitential psalms; psalm no. 50. Stop in some moment, reflect, and repeat the words of the psalmist.

Pray slowly, the Lord's Prayer. Stop for a moment on saying: "FORGIVE US"

	In silence: allow yourself to be forgiven, allow yourself to become RECONCILED: Become reconciled with God With yourself With others (Prepare your reconciliation with the priest)
	ELIMINATE ALL RESENTMENT

That GRACE may heal; heal the wounds produced by evil, the resentment.

Write down what happens in this moment.

"Water from the side of Christ, wash me"

Lord, you had pity in accordance with your mercy

From my wounds, heal me, purify me because I

am sick
am weak of will
am a coward in the face of difficulties
allow myself to be dominated by human respect
have complexes

Purify me of all my impurity.
