Third day

We are saved.  We belong to God.   We are never alone.

Sentiment is all that we feel:  what we see, hear, speak, touch.  All that reaches us and remains in us.  Then reproduced frequently:  these are sentiments:  thus dislike or liking; selfish sentiments or generosity; esteem or rejection.  Compassion.

What negative sentiments do I have in me?

What positive sentiments do I have?

Which are prevalent?

After thinking calmly about this, write.

We are made in order to enjoy:

Why do I not enjoy?
What is lacking?

Think of what you would answer to these questions .  If another person were to give you these answers, what would you say to him? WRITE

Read slowly.  Repeat what you most like, pray with one of these three psalms:

No. 8               The goodness of God

No. 104           The glory of God

No. 139           "You have examined me and you know me"

Take the verse that you like most.  Repeat it.  RELISH IT.

Give thanks for this hour.
Write a conclusion, what you feel NOW.

"Soul of Christ, sanctify me".

Lord, help me to connect my ideals with all the moments and circumstances of my life:  to live the greatness of the everyday, of the small things.

Help me to have as objectives of my life:

Faithfulness to prayer, although I have have consolation

To do your will, although I don't feel esteem in others

And to have boundless charity

Finish as every day
