Fifth day

We are going to reflect upon the task of reconciliation, which is fairly complex.

To recognise conflicts:

To have the courage to recognize and denounce conflicts.

To call things by their name

This prophetic task is a source of suffering.

The suffering is the price I have to pay if I wish to achieve an effective reconciliation:  to recognize my sins, my wounds.

To denounce sin.

There are conflicts that are not sin;  others are.

It is also true that the root of many conflicts are sin and injustice

I have to denounce them IN MYSELF, unmask them, that hate, resentments, abuse, etc.

To Humanize conflicts: to have patience.

To humanize is to work for reconciliation.

Am I enthusiastic?  Passionate?

What is the "climate" in which I live, nerves etc.

To overcome fixed ideas.

To try to have a merciful heart

To bring closer together attitudes:

To heal fanaticisms

Extremisms

Intolerance

To sow: serenity

Tolerance

MUTUAL RESPECT

To reconstruct the fraternal relationship.

I need to be a promoter of the culture of DIALOGUE

To seek ways of coming together

A way of living together with others

All this requires a strong commitment;  requires a LEARNING PROCESS.

This is the geography of reconciliation.

Where do you find most difficulty?  Think about it and write.  What is the hardest for you?  Where do you slip up?  What takes away your peace of mind?

What can you improve?  Where to start?  Do not these ideas appeal to you as an IDEAL?

Write what you think.  Pray all you can

Finish this exercise as every day.
